This is an epic game that we created on Tainted Paradise, and I thought it might help us out here.
Basically, I give you a scenario, and you give me your characters Response. It helps develop your charries personalities, and it helps you to get to know them a bit better. If that makes sense....
Anyways, to start out, here's your first scenario! (Btw, I don't want anyone else making up scenarios, mkay?)
Scenario:
Your pawsteps are quiet against the forest floor. You scent a mouse, and creep up on it, about to pounce, when suddenly, one of your Clanmates pops out and catches it before. They blink, seeing you there, and then drop the mouse. "Oh, was this yours?" They ask, quite rudely, in fact, tipping their nose up snobbishly. "Good luck going back to camp empty-pawed. Us good warriors are heading back now, if you want to come along." They sneer.
And, as an example, here's my response.
Moonflake:
He lets out a low growl, letting it rumble in his chest. "I'll stay out and hunt a bit longer." He snaps, shoving himself to his paws. "Enjoy your mouse. It's too small to even feed a kit, anyway." He flicks his tail, taunting the warrior as he slips off into the undergrowth.
Red:
She looks at Flighty impishly. "Pathetic. Right. Like I'd ever miss a catch? Ha! I can see the future, remember?" *bites Flighty before walking away*
Darkstar:
Darkstar pricks her ears forward. "You dare insult your leader? If you want to be a good warrior, you need to learn some manners first. Apprentice duties for the next 6 moons. If you want to act like a selfish kit, then you'll be treated like one." The calico smiles, padding past her warrior. "Go on, then. Moonfeather will have plenty of mouse bile ready for your visit to the elders." She purrs.
Rainpaw:
"Oh, well. Great catch, I suppose. Will you teach me how to be quicker?" She asks, blatantly ignoring the insults. She could learn from this warrior- maybe.
Dustwhisker:
He looks at the warrior and shrugs. "Alright, go on back to camp. I could do with some alone time, anyway. I'll catch something before I come back." He turns away, slipping into the undergrowth, deciding to himself that he'd just let it go. No use in crying over spilled milk, really.
(Meh, I'll finish my responses later.)
