Monthu is notorious for his distant nature and his volatile temper. He usually ignores those who speak to him, but say one word wrong and he's clawing your ears off. He can be bloodthirsty, but usually cares very little about the things going around him. All he cares about is ensuring the Cult is the top group in the area, at all costs. He began the custom of wearing teeth over their claws for battle and for decoration. He's a violent individual at times, heartless and cruel, and is unable to really make connections with other living things. He's too deeply tied with the Gods to even truly understand the living. He will occasionally show affection towards the Phae, but it is rare and often quite detached. He does not blink at the loss of life, or the gaining of it. It seems as though when he's angry is the only time he ever feels any real emotion at all. Monthu is a tall, sleek tom. He's built in the image of a true pharaoh cat, with large ears for better ventilation in heat, a triangular head, wide, sharp eyes, long limbs, and a thin ribcage. His tail is long and sleek. One who isn't used to the look of a pharaoh cat would think he is severely underweight, but he is really quite healthy; he is only built narrowly. Despite this, he has surprisingly strong muscles in his hindquarters and chest. He's built for speed and hot temperatures, and can run for long periods of time at a steady, ground-covering loping gait. However, going at full speed, he tires swiftly, and must spend some time resting after a quick burst. Let no one stand in our way… EVEN WHEN MY FAMILY IS __SAA__ , __DUAMUTEF__ AND MY FRIENDS ARE __NONEXISTENT__ AND MY ENEMIES MAYBE __EVERYONE AROUND ME__ MY PAST BEHIND ME AND MY FUTURE IS IN FRONT OF ME Monthu was born to the Pharaoh. As the first-born of the Phae, he became immediate heir of the throne, and spent the majority of his life in luxury and training. He was considered better even than youths much older than he, and received special privileges in his training and everyday life. He met these things and the resulting hate from his peers with little interest. He seemed to care about nothing at all, except when it was mentioned that he was to be Pharaoh. When he heard those words, his eyes lit up like the hottest of fires. He proved himself to be not ambitious, but determined. He was dedicated to his cause, and to nothing else. He paid his Phae little attention, and when he had kits, ignored them as well. All that mattered was keeping his role as Pharaoh, so that he could be closer to the Gods.
